Mustard - Sinapis arvensis
Family: Brassicaceae

Synonyms - Brassica kaber and Brassica
arvensis. Other names - Canola, Rapeseed, Charlock
Mustard, and Kaber Mustard.
Description
Wild Mustard is relatively difficult to distinguish from other mustards
... for the beginner anyhow. There are some disntinct differences though,
and a with a bit of practice anyone can find Wild mustard.
First, look at the leaves, they should be bristly with the lower leavs
having a large lobe near the base. Next, look at the upper leaves. If
they clasp the stalk is its likely a species of Brassica. If
not, then you're on the right trac. Finally, look at the sepals. They
should be spreading at various angles.
